Old leather factory

The bakery, shop and restaurant of Robèrt van Bekhoven are located in the former leather factory in Oisterwijk. It is about a 5 minutes walk from the train station and surrounded by all kinds of other old factories and warehouses that all have a new function.

Bakery Bij Robèrt

On your way to the store you first walk by the bakery. Because the walls are made of glass, you can see how the tastiest breads, banquet and chocolate are made here. Workshops are often given here as well. If you are lucky you will see Robèrt van Beckhoven himself working in the bakery.

In the store it is almost always busy. But the bread and banquet is also super fresh and the store as a large product range. The pastries are beautiful to see. And according to the customers, who are waiting in line till they are helped, all the pastries are delicious. Not to mention the fresh bread with crispy crust. Also very nice!

Restaurant Keuken van Leer

Opposite to the bakery is the restaurant of Robèrt van Beckhoven, restaurant Keuken van Leer. It is a big restaurant, but because of the design of the place it is cozy.

You can have breakfast, lunch, high tea or just a cup of coffee or tea with a pastry. If you go for the pastry, I’ll give you this tip if you’re with more people: order all different pastries and share them with each other. It is quite difficult to choose from all those goodies.
